Tender Details

The subject of the order is the execution of construction, installation and finishing works consisting in adapting the existing gymnasium to the function of a two-room kindergarten, including a teaching part with sanitary facilities and communication routes with access to the cloakroom. The designed activity rooms will be intended for a total of 40 children. As part of the order execution, the possibility of providing meals served from the existing, adjacent kitchen should be taken into account. The scope of the order includes in particular: 1. Construction works: separation of rooms from the existing gymnasium using walls in the dry construction system and ensuring the required acoustic insulation, construction of suspended ceilings in a modular system at a height of: o 3.30 m in teaching rooms, o 3.80 m in corridor, reducing window openings, lowering window sills and replacing window and door joinery, adapting to applicable regulations, including fire protection, construction of internal stairs and punctures in the existing load-bearing wall in to ensure communication with the canteen room, construction of single-flight reinforced concrete stairs finished with dust...
