5.1. The subject of the public procurement procedure is the reconstruction of an existing engineering facility along the district road No. 1056F at km from 6+957 to 7+1485.2. The detailed scope of works is specified in particular by: TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION, SPECIFICATIONS TECHNICAL EXECUTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF WORKS.5.3. ATTENTION! 5.3.1. The Ordering Party informs that the Technical Documentation is documentation covering a wider scope of work than the proceedings in question. These proceedings cover a fragment of the road between the town of Cieciszwa and the town of Sucha Dolna in global km from 6+957 to 7+148 (local km adopted for the purposes of design documentation 1+956 2+147). The bill of quantities only takes into account the required scope of work for the above-mentioned scope.5.4. Under the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to develop and agree on a temporary Project traffic organization.5.5. The subject of the order includes the performance of all works and activities necessary for the proper implementation of the order in question in the material scope included in particular in the technical documentation, technical specification of execution and acceptance of works and in the bill of quantities (the bill of quantities should be treated as an auxiliary element).5.6.
