Reconstruction of the existing cinema building at the Municipal Theater - Vrchlabí The subject of the public contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the reconstruction, building modifications and extension of the building of the Municipal Theater Vrchlabí, at the address Jos. Width no. 270, Vrchlabí, on the lands st.p.no. 930, p.no. 1005/2, 1005/3, 1009, 1724/2, 1717/2 and 1737/1 in c.ú. Vrchlabí, within the scope of the project documentation for the implementation of the construction prepared by ARCHAPLAN s.r.o. The public contract mainly includes the reconstruction of premises existing historic theater buildings, extension and expansion of the stage, construction of a new operational and administrative extension on the north side of the building, including facilities for actors, office spaces, technical spaces and spaces for the ZUŠ. It is also part of the performance removal of existing garages and escape stairs, renovations, building modifications, new constructions, interior layouts, finishing works and connection to technical infrastructure. Part of the subject of performance is also the implementation of all related construction objects and technical equipment of the construction, in particular construction object SO 01 - existing theater building affected by extension and reconstruction, SO 100 - roads, sidewalks and paved areas, SO 200 - gas pipeline connection, SO 202 - newly designed rainwater pipe sewerage, SO 203 - newly designed public lighting lines and SO 204 - newly designed geothermal wells.
