Tender Details

1. The subject of the order includes, in particular, the following works: 1) dismantling and disposal of the hydraulic lift currently located in the elevator shaft; 2) reconstruction and widening of the elevator shaft located in the staircase, including, among others: demolition of the wall between the elevator shaft and the engine room, construction of a new wall, in order to obtain the minimum dimension of the shaft intended for a passenger lift for people with disabilities, i.e. 1650 x 1750 mm;3) delivery, assembly and commissioning of a new passenger lift (year of production not older than 2025); 4) conducting user training in the operation of the crane. 5) obtaining approval of the Office of Technical Inspection for the assembly of the crane, including preparation of appropriate substantive documentation. 6) obtaining a decision of the Office of Technical Inspection allowing the operation of the crane together with its registration (fees related to obtaining the decision will be borne by the Contractor). 7) ensuring repairs and warranty service free of charge for the Ordering Party for the period of the granted warranty, not shorter than 60 months from the date of receipt of the final subject of the order.
