Reconstruction of Elementary School Kruna Krstić The subject of the procurement is the reconstruction of the Kruna Krstić Elementary School in Zadar on the newly formed plot of land no. 6220/1 k.o. Zadar. There is already an elementary school building on the plot, for which a use permit has been issued. Overall the ground plan dimensions of the reconstructed school are 57.75x155.93 m. The building is located in a protected cultural and historical complex, and archaeological supervision will be provided during the duration of the works. On the building lot there is an existing building that is being reconstructed, i.e. builds on as a separate, independent entity. The subject of procurement includes construction works (earthwork, concrete, masonry), craft works (insulation, facade, self-painting, ceramics, carpentry, etc.), waterworks, sewerage and hydrant network works, mechanical and electrical works, works on the installation of a photovoltaic power plant, works on fire alarm and landscaping.
