Description: The subject of the contract is the implementation of the work Reconstruction of drainage canals, in the report of Hydromelioration, š.p. according to the Contractual Conditions for Technological Equipment and Design-Implementation, for Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Works and for Construction and Engineering Works Designed by the Contractor (Yellow Book), First Edition 1999, published by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), Slovak translation, SACE 2008.

The subject of the contract is divided into four separate parts:

1.Reconstruction of drainage canals in the number of 11 drainage canals in the total length of 15, 044 km, including related activities / services, within the territory of the river basin managed by SVP, š.p. OZ Bratislava, while the reconstruction of each drainage canal is considered a separate change in the water structure.
