Tender Details

1) The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the reconstruction of district road No. 2730W on the section from plot no. 119/2 rev. Clays up to 196 rpm Clays - section approximately 550 meters. The scope is indicated in the attachment graphic2) The Ordering Party envisages the following obligatory scope of works to be performed: a. perform corrective milling of the bituminous surface along the entire section with removal of demolition materials over a length of approximately 550 meters - adding slopes and removing the surface of questionable quality, i.e. poured asphalt, b. cleaning of the milled road surface, c. local construction of a base made of mechanically stabilized crushed aggregate along with the demolition of the surface and trenching on an area of ​​approximately 715 m2. Thickness of the foundation layer after compacting 20 cmd. on the entire section, make surfaces of a mineral-asphalt mixture - AC16W KR4 leveling layer with an average thickness of 3 cm - in places of sinkholes and unevenness in the surface after milling, local layer thickness leveling layer may be larger by approx. 10 cm, e. the entire section should be covered with a mineral-asphalt mixture for KR4 - a 4 cm thick AC16W binding layer laid on the cleaned and sprinkled with asphalt emulsion surface, f. in places where after there were pits and cracks during milling, lay a glass fiber mesh with a tensile strength of min. on the leveling layer. 200 kN/m (approx. 400 m2), g. the entire section should be surfaced with a mineral-asphalt mixture...
