Pavement renovation investment task titled: Reconstruction of the district road No. 2150P in the town of Mieleszyn. The renovation of the district road surface is related to the existing, very poor condition of the bituminous surface of the district road. Currently, the road has many damages caused by many years of use, especially by trucks and agricultural machines. At the time of construction, this road was not intended for such heavy vehicle traffic as it is today. This is especially visible along the edge of the road and in places where the wheels of agricultural vehicles are usually located. Too weak foundation causes the formation of mesh joints. Weather conditions also led to surface degradation. The optimal solution to this situation is to apply additional layers bituminous from a mineral-asphalt mixture intended for traffic category KR2. Due to its current profile, the surface will consist of two bitumen layers. One is a leveling layer of AC11W asphalt concrete for KR2 in the amount of 75 kg/m, and the finishing touch will be a wearing course of AC11S asphalt concrete for KR2, 4 cm thick.
