1. The subject of the order is the implementation of construction works consisting in the reconstruction of district road No. 1134E, located in the towns of Sobie and Nowe Krasnodby in the Zgierz district.2. This task is co-financed from the Voivodeship budget land, originating from the exclusion of agricultural land from production (OGR funds) for the task called: Modernization of the access road to agricultural land in 2026.4. Detailed guidelines regarding the execution of the subject of the order constituting a description of the subject of the order were included in the following studies: 1) Draft contract - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ;2) Technical documentation - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.5. The bill of quantities, included in the design documentation - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, is of an auxiliary nature. Contractor obliged is to precisely check the number of works against the documentation of this ToR. Due to the fact that the contract for construction works will be a lump sum contract, in the event of a larger number of works occurring during the execution of works, it will not be possible to considered as additional work with additional remuneration.
