5.1. The subject of the public procurement procedure is the reconstruction of district road No. 1082F Witoszyn Czywek5.2. The detailed scope of works is specified in particular by: TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION, ENVIRONMENTAL DECISION, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF EXECUTION AND ACCEPTANCE ROBT.5.3. Under the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to develop and agree on the Temporary Traffic Organization Design.5.4. The subject of the order includes the performance of all works and activities necessary for the proper execution of the order in question in the material scope included in particular in the technical documentation, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works and in the bill of quantities (the bill of quantities should be treated as an auxiliary element).5.5. A paper version of the above-mentioned documents is available for inspection at the Ordering Party's office, street Rybacka 38, in Aganów from 7.30 a.m. to 3 p.m. room 75.6. The quality of materials, products and elements delivered to the construction site must comply with standard requirements, approvals, certificates of approval for use and the provisions of the technical design and requirements included in SWZ.5.7.
