1) the subject of the order is, in accordance with the technical documentation and the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, the reconstruction of a culvert along the district road No. 3536S in Sumin, covering a section of a class Z road. The culvert is marked registration number JNI 1013172 along DP 3536S at km 5+514 on the border of Zwonowice and Sumina; 2) the scope of works includes in particular: a) demolition of the existing culvert along with access sections in front and behind the facility, b) construction of a new facility, c) reconstruction road on the demolished section, d) installation of a service duct, e) installation of culvert equipment, f) installation of markings; 3) basic parameters of the constructed culvert: a) length: 10.00 m, b) horizontal clearance of the culvert: 2.00 m, c) vertical clearance of the culvert: 1.50 m, d) construction of the through part: reinforced concrete box culvert, prefabricated with a wall thickness of 20 cm, e) construction of front walls: reinforced concrete made on site;
