The currently functioning community centers are multi-year structures and require work renovation and reconstruction in order to improve their functionality for conducting current and planned cultural activities for all residents. In order to carry out the reconstruction, the following works are planned: partial reconstruction of the interior rooms common rooms, replacement of roofing, replacement of windows and doors, insulation of common rooms buildings, modernization of central heating installations. using renewable energy sources (pellet boiler and heat pump), modernization of water and sewage installations, hot water installations, electrical installations and lighting, lightning protection and telecommunications installations, replacement of floors, plastering and painting works, reconstruction of sanitary facilities, reconstruction of kitchen facilities, adaptation of the facility for disabled people, designation of access and parking spaces for people disabled people.
