Tender Details

The subject of the order is the reconstruction and expansion of an office building. The reconstruction also includes partial demolition and expansion of the connection between the buildings of the Forest District with the simultaneous functional connection of the building with the main building of the Lbork Forest District. The Ordering Party informs that that both the implementation and settlement of the subject of the contract will take place in parts, in accordance with the material and financial plan for expenditure on fixed assets. Partial settlement of the completed works will be based on partial invoices issued in accordance with the actual material and financial progress of the order execution. Partial settlements will be made no more often than once a quarter, based on partial acceptance reports of the works approved by the Supervision Inspectors and the Ordering Party. total value of settlements (partial payments) in in individual years may not exceed the following limits: in 2026: PLN 1, 000, 000.00 net, in 2027: PLN 1, 500, 000.00 net, in 2028 the remaining part of the remuneration resulting from the works actually performed and accepted. The Contractor, before the commencement of implementation order, will be obliged to develop and submit to the Ordering Party details...
