Brief description of the subject of the order: Part 1 task titled Reconstruction of the following streets: Targowa, Pogodna, Ogrodowa, Jasja Parkowa in Parzczewo. The order requires the development of a design and execution of construction works. The ordering party has a new functional and utility program (hereinafter referred to as PFU), which specifies all the requirements regardingwishing to prepare a design and perform construction works in the field of road infrastructure, including infrastructure owned by external owners. NOTE 1: The detailed scope is specified in the FFU. NOTE 2: The Ordering Party does not allow the installation of used or originating materialsrecycled. The substantive scope of the DESIGN formula includes: Development of the project together with obtaining all arrangements, analyses, maps, auxiliary studies and necessary decisions (e.g. environmental decisions, decisions on cutting down trees). The contractor is obliged to obtain the approval of the Ordering Party atto the developed technical design. After the Ordering Party accepts the project and before commencing construction works, the Contractor is obliged to obtain administrative decisions for the Ordering Party enabling the commencement and implementation of the works or notification of the works does not require...
