Tender Details

The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment called Reconstruction of the building of the Commune Office in Zbuczyn together with a change in the use of part of the building from a kindergarten function to a function for local government offices. The subject of the order includes the performance of works related to changes in the way of using the building and works in the part of the building located in axes D-F in accordance with the project documentation. The scope of works covered in particular by the order: I. Segment intended for changing the way of use from a kindergarten function to a function for offices local government authorities: 1) liquidation of the entrance to the former kindergarten together with the demolition of the roof and entrance casing, 2) demolition of the field stairs together with supplementing the surface with concrete paving stones in place of the demolished stairs, 3) construction of the entrance to the building on basement level in the southern wall of the building, 4) demolition of balconies, 5) dismantling of window and door joinery, 6) construction of steel lintels in some of the window and door openings, 7) delivery and installation of window and door joinery (external and internal) - CHANGE OF WINDOW DIMENSIONS - O1: 143x131 cm windows without lower fixed sash, O2: 295x131 cm windows without lower fixed sash...
