Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Reconstruction of the Commune Office building and development of the area around the building as part of the project Improving the accessibility of public buildings in the Jaso commune No. FEPK.05.03-IZ.00-0034/23 and includes scope of: - disassembly of door joinery in the internal and external walls of the staircase intended for demolition, - dismantling of conflicting installations, - demolition of part of the external landing at the main entrance, - demolition of reinforced concrete flights of stairs, - demolition external wall within the staircase to be removed and demolition of the wall separating the corridor on the 4th floor. from the main staircase, - demolition of the ceiling and flat roof colliding with the elevator shaft, - demolition of the ceiling and flat roof in order to perform 2 smoke exhaust flaps and 1 roof hatch, - disassembly of internal and external door joinery interfering with the planned reconstruction, - construction of steel structure beams in existing structural walls with a thickness of 27 and 28 cm in order to create door openings leading from internal circulation to the elevator shaft, - demolition of offsets of existing foundations colliding with the shaft...
