The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the civil defense warehouse in Tychy along with the modernization of the mechanical ventilation installation.2. As part of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to perform works including: a) demolition and dismantling works, b) works construction and installation (heating, ventilation, electrical installations), c) finishing works.3. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the order are included in the Description of the subject of the order in the Design Documentation constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, which includes: a) Design documentation (construction works requiring a building permit). Note: According to the designer's statement, the scope specified in the Design Documentation - detailed architectural design, point 1.7 j) is not subject to execution (pages 13-16 of the detailed design). architectural industry); andb) Design documentation (construction works that do not require a building permit).4. The order in question is implemented under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026.
