Tender Details

The scope of the order includes:

a) reconstruction of a DN 1500 mm sewage channel on a 716 m long section,

b) reconstruction of a DN 400 mm storm sewerage system on a 202 m long section,

c) construction of a DN 400 mm rainwater drainage system with a length of 106 m, 5 m.

Details of the subject of the order have been includedin the Description of the subject of the contract, which constitutes Part III of the SWZ.

The subject of the order will be implemented based on the Conditions of Contract for Construction for engineering and construction works designed by the Ordering Party - 4th English-Polish edition unchanged 2008 (translation of the 1st edition of FIDIC 1999) described in Part II of the SWZ (Contract template).
