Brief description of the procurement: The object of this public procurement is the execution of repair and reconstruction works of the building at Tervise tn 8, Sillamäe city, Ida-Virumaa, according to the general project, including drawings and an explanatory letter. The procurer the main goal is to carry out all the construction works stipulated in the project documentation and basic public procurement documents on time and at optimal costs. The building must meet all the requirements established by legislation and standards, and must be maintained as durable and long-lasting as possible, and whose maintenance costs would be as low as possible Before starting the construction work, the contractor must carry out the dismantling of the existing covers, doors and equipment that are subject to replacement. All work must be carried out accordingly to the valid construction standards and project requirements.
