The main goal of the project is to carry out a complete reconstruction, including an extension and extension of the building at Dukelská Street 263/7 in Český Těšín with the aim of creating a multifunctional background with a ground floor and two NPs to ensure the availability and further development of outpatient and field services for persons with disabilities (including persons with mental illness) and seniors from the region of Těšín Silesia within the Ostrava metropolitan area.
