Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the task titled: "Reconstruction of the building related to the construction of internal stairs and adaptation of two classrooms in the K. K. Baczyski School Complex in Dbrowa Tarnowska. a) The scope of works includes: Demolition works, floors, carpentry windows and doors, partition walls, structural elements with reinforcement, finishing works, plastering, painting, water and sewage installation works, anchoring, central heating installation, electrical installations, ventilation. b) The detailed scope of works is specified in the attached documents SWZ construction design, Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works constituting Annex No. 7 to SWZ.c) Due to the fact that the offer price will be treated as a lump sum price, it is recommended that the contractor inspect the the location of the work and estimate the offer price with due care. The attached bill of quantities is only an auxiliary document for the valuation of the offer.
