The subject of the contract is to carry out the reconstruction of the building C in the center of health and social services Březiněves (hereinafter the "CZSSB"), which includes the processing of documentation, realization of its own construction and finishing work on the CZSSB premises. The public contract is awarded in Design and Build mode and includes Execution of rescue archaeological research, processing of documentation for construction (PCB), ensuring "building engineering" - all necessary permits and consent (occupation, DIO, DIR, SDTI, …), own construction including equipment, implementation of the gas pipeline and adjustment and parking In the area, securing the construction site by the supplier and fulfilling other obligations of the supplier, elaboration of the documentation of the actual construction of the building, ensuring the building approval of the building, finding the test operation of the building (technological and construction part of the work) for one year after the handover to the contracting authority, acquisition Time -lapse record and video recording of the course of construction, providing presentation events at the start of construction, after completion of construction and event for the public, elaboration of the manual use of the construction. The work will be realized within the premises of the Březiněves health and social services center (CZSSB) in full operation of the CZSSB, which must not be significantly limited.
