Reconstruction of building B of the Hospital along with thermal modernization 1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of building B of the Hospital along with thermal modernization, in accordance with with the Functional and Utility Program constituting [Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ]. NOTE: A range must be taken into account for the valuation regarding the building and possible reconstruction works on roads and the parking lot located directly next to the renovated building, along with the creation of 2 electromobility stations. The ordering party expects construction as part of the white assembly order furniture in medical staff rooms, electric and gas over-bed panels. The attached drawings are for illustrative purposes only. 2. Due to the nature of the funding received, the Ordering Party expects the costs to be divided according to the following guidelines: 1.Energy modernization of building "B" of the hospital along with the construction of a renewable energy installation and accompanying works - design documentation (service). 2. Development of greenery on the premises of the Municipal Hospital in Siemianowice Śląskie (green roof and terrace on the building "B" hospital) - design documentation (service). 3. Reconstruction of the hospital building "B" - design documentation (service). 4.
