Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is to provide the services of the architect and the "general designer" for all phases of the project preparation until the construction of the construction. In the final form, the project will connect health and social services in the care of patients with Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia. For seniors with special regime will be intended for clients who need help another person 24 hours a day and will provide comprehensive, individually focused social services.

In the project documentation, considered on the basis of the conclusions contained in the energy report, which is part of Annex 7 ZD.
