Reconstruction of the bridge over the Aurence The award procedure used is the adapted open procedure, subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code. The services are settled by a global price lump sum according to the stipulations of the act of commitment. Prices are subject to review. The overall, fixed amount is deemed to include all costs necessary to carry out the services covered by the contract. The prices mentioned excluding VAT are inclusive of all taxes, excluding VAT. The contract begins from its notification for a period extending until the end of the guarantee period for perfect completion of the work. The preparation period is not included in the deadlines execution of the work estimated at 19 weeks. The work execution deadlines begin from the sending of the service order issued by the project manager. The consultation includes environmental execution conditions detailed in specifications. The contract provides for the possibility of subsequently entrusting the contract holder with one or more contracts aimed at carrying out similar services.
