Tender Details

Selection of the contractor for the project entitled "Reconstruction of the "KISERDEI" Kindergarten in Balatonfuered", identification number TOP_PLUSZ-3.3.1-21-VE1-2022-00001. Project with ID number 3.3.1-21-VE1-2022-00001carrying out construction works as detailed below and in the public procurement and additional documents:

Demolition of the existing ground-floor kindergarten building. Net floor area: 423 m2. Gross building volume: 2136 m3.

Flat roof, reinforced concrete beam slab, km. solid brick masonry, wood for openingfoxes, concrete bar base.

Construction of a new 1-story kindergarten building. Net floor area: ground floor: 402 m2, first floor: 361 m2, total: 763 m2. 4 group rooms (4x50 m2), 2 children's changing rooms (2x28 m2), 2 children's bathrooms (2x23 m2), community space (70 m2), gallery (50 m2), gym (58 m2), 3 offices (2 x15 30 m2), developerroom (21 m2), heating kitchen (50 m2), elevator, warehouses, changing rooms and other service rooms. The building is fully barrier-free. with footing beams, monolithic reinforced concrete masonry and slabs, wooden and aluminum doors and windows, reverse layer orderit is made with apost roofs (644 m2) (of which 177 m2 is an extensive green roof), PTH and plasterboard partitions, EPS graphite thermal insulation, structured plastered facades, synthetic resin floor coverings and individually designed interior design.
