Prequalifications are invited for Reconstruction of the Automobile Road a380 “Guzar-Bukhara-Nukus-Beyneu” on the Section 150-228 Km with a Cement Concrete Pavement


Liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means (independent of any contractual advance payment) sufficient to meet the construction cash flow requirements estimated for the subject contract(s) net
of the Tenderer-s other commitments.

USD 4, 000, 000 (four million) equivalent
USD 7, 150, 000 (seven million one hundred fifty thousand) equivalent
Single Entity and/or in the case of a JV, all JV members combined must meet the requirement

Minimum average annual construction turnover, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in
progress and/or completed within any 5 (five) years of the last 7 (seven) (2014- 2020) years, divided by 5 (five).

All Tenders must be accompanied by a “Tender Security” separate for each Lot in the following

Lot 3: USD 650, 000 or an equivalent amount in another freely convertible currency.

Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before January 14, 2022, 3 pm (Tashkent time). Electronic tendering will not be permitted. Late Tenders will be rejected. The outer Tender envelopes marked “ORIGINAL TENDER”, and the inner envelopes marked “TECHNICAL PART” will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers- designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on January 14, 2022, 3 pm (Tashkent time). All envelopes marked “FINANCIAL PART” shall remain unopened and will be held in safe custody of the Employer until the second public Tender opening.
