The reconstruction consists of the replacement of floor coverings, paneling and delivery of the kitchen unit (incl. hood, sink and built-in electric hob), bathroom paneling and delivery of bathroom fittings, replacement of heating elements and ZTI, execution of new electrical installation and sewage waste pipes in the installation shaft.
