1. The subject of the fall is the performance of the task Reconstruction and retaining of an existing playground, belonging to Obka in Karczmiska, Karczmiska First, ul. Opolska 18, 24-310 Karczmiska as part of the Resort Program Active Playgrounds 2025. The scope of work includes:- Preparation of the area, including disassembly of existing devices, - deliveries and assembly of ready-made playground office, - ordering the area. 2. The following device should be removed: A. Sprynowe bujak 2 pcs., B. A set of fitness devices (unreal + platforms) 1 pc., C. queue with a wagon 1 pc. Awek with backrest 1 pc., E. Macie 1 basket pcs., F. Rules of playground 1 pc., G. The sandbox is not connected with the ground 1 pcs. The devices should be handed over to the director of the forehead. 3. List of new playgrounds enlarged and assembly: A. Changing table - kcik for feeding and rewinding children - 1 b.
