The subject of the order is the implementation of the task "Reconstruction and renovation of part of the terrarium building, along with repairs to parts of its structure and improvement of accessibility for disabled people in the Wrocaw ZOO, investment location ul. Zygmunta Wrblewskiego 1-5, Wrocaw, oblast Dbie, AR_1, plot no. 1, including the delivery and installation of equipment, as well as the delivery and planting of plants for the above-mentioned. building, specified in the Specification of Order Conditions. A detailed description of the Subject Matter of the contract is provided in the annexes to the Specification of Contract Terms (hereinafter referred to as SWZ), The subject of the order includes in particular: 1) reconstruction and renovation of part of the existing building on the basement, ground floor and mezzanine floors for the purposes of expanding the breeding and exhibition of monitor lizards after previously dismantling the existing exhibition, 2) construction of a new shaft elevator along with the delivery and installation of a passenger lift, 3) construction of a new ceiling slab over the basement along with shaping the structure of animal runs, 4) repairs to the structure of the mezzanine ceiling slab and construction of a new floor, 5) reconstruction of existing and construction of new internal electrical, low-voltage, sanitary and ventilation installations, 6) construction of stage sets...
