The subject of the order is: Reconstruction and renovation of the Hospital Pharmacy The subject of the order is: Reconstruction and renovation of the Hospital Pharmacy The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annexes 3 and 4 to SWZ 3.3. The Ordering Party's requirements regarding the subject of the order: The contractor undertakes to complete the subject of the order in accordance with the description included in the SWZ, contract and in accordance with: a) The functional and utility program constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, b) conditions resulting from applicable technical regulations and Construction Law; c) requirements resulting from applicable Polish Standards, Technical Conditions for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works and related regulations; d) principles of sound knowledge technical and established customs. When implementing the subject of the order, the Contractor will purchase all finishing materials necessary to complete the task in question on its own within the costs specified in this contract. Materials used by the Contractor must be approved for use in construction within the meaning of the Act of July 7, 1994. Construction Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 725, as amended) and the Act of April 16, 2004 on construction products (consolidated text: Journal of Laws z 2021 item 1213 as amended amended) and accepted by the Ordering Party. 3.4.
