The order includes the renovation of the historic front (northern) and gable facades facing ul. Zgorzelicka. The scope of the order included: - removal of unnecessary metal elements and cables, electrical and telephone, - reconstruction of the display case and doors in place entrance to the commercial premises on the ground floor, 2 single windows divided, with new window lintels and necessary brickwork, - partial replacement of the joinery on the ground floor, - installation of the entrance door to the current commercial premises from the staircase along with matching the existing opening, (penetration coefficient for doors 1.3) - renovation of the plinth with the removal of secondary plaster and Styrofoam details, - removal of secondary plasters (speckled cement plaster), maintaining the existing divisions, (sidings in the ground floor part) - supplementing the strip plasters, cornices, strips, rustications, pilasters and the plinth of the front façade, - supplementing the strip plasters, cornices and the plinth of the facade (pulled or perlite pillars.
