The subject of construction works is a boarding school building and a teaching building. I. Construction works consisting in the reconstruction and modernization of the facility of the Special Educational and Educational Center in Sulejów in the building in order to adapt it to the needs of disabled people. boarding school will include, among others: on: demolishing selected partition walls, removing existing internal doors, enlarging communication passages, dividing rooms with new partition walls and separating a fire vestibule on the road communication, construction on the ground floor, public toilets, including a toilet for a disabled person, construction of a washroom on the first floor, including a washroom adapted to a disabled person, demolition of the existing staircase with a fragment of the ceiling, construction a new staircase with a smoke exhaust system, enlarging the door openings with raising the door lintels and installing new internal door joinery without thresholds, fire-proof separation of the staircase, building an arcade in form of a new room, separating a survival room on the first floor, securing the roof structure to NRO parameters, replacing the surface...
