Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is the modernization of a small hydroelectric power plant as design & build. The subject of performance will be divided into three basic phases:

i. Project activities - in particular, but not exclusively, the processing of documentation for building permits pursuant to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act and Relatedimplementing decrees, effective from 1 July 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act") and documentation for the construction of the construction;

II. Engineering activities - especially, but not exclusively, ensure the necessary permits and acts according to the Building Act;

III. construction activity - especially, but not exclusively:

a) disassemblyOriginal technology,

b) delivery of new turbines according to the technical specification including directly connected low -speed generators,

c) building modifications of fountains of fountains, pricking stations and drainage for the location of new turbines,

d) Installation of new technology including accessories (electricity cantors, PLC control, ČeslaIncluding automatic cleaning, remote supervision including camera system,

e) supply and laying a power cable to the Mašek Garden sports complex, including connection of the area and connection of PLC control,

F) necessary repairs of paved inlet and drainage channels in a maximum amount of CZK 4 million without VAT (see currentStatus - Annex 11),

g) Requirements of the Power Plant building,

h) the remediation of the shore "Scout Island to ensure the stability of the shore behind the clubhouses,

i) the construction of the retaining wall 65m, the height of approx. 3 m,
