The assignment to be carried out includes breaking up existing paving, carrying out preparatory infrastructure works, installing rainwater wells, sewerage works, supplying and installing foundations (and, where required, any sub-foundations), the construction of paving, the installation of linear elements and the execution of all kinds of works and constructions. More specifically: • earthworks; • foundation works; • supply and installation of rainwater wells, including the connection with existing rainwater wells; • the optimization of the existing sewer system and the required reconnection of some sewer lines (dwa and rwa) up to the building line (Elyzeese Velden side); • placing linear elements; • installing pavements in asphalt concrete and natural stone; • supply and installation of natural stone elements • preparation of an as-built sewer file; • preparing and submitting detailed and working drawings for approval; • maintaining the works carried out during the warranty period.
