Short description of the procurement: Reconstruction and extension of the wind barrier wall of Virtsu harbor no. Virtsu harbor Kai No 8 usage function is the service of merchant ships. Among other things, Kais 8 serves merchant vessels, which are used, among other things, to carry bulk goods. There is a wind barrier wall built on the west side of the quay to prevent air pollution during storage of bulk goods and shipping on ships. Wooden structures impregnated with an existing 5 m high wind barrier wall are depreciated and require replacement. In addition to the reconstruction of the existing wooden wall, this procurement must be built by a wind barrier wall of about 140 m. The total duration of the contract is 850 calendar days, of which 120 calendar days are the work period (execution time) and 730 calendar days are the warranty period (warranty period).
