The municipality of Brežice plans to implement the investment Reconstruction and extension of Artiče Primary School. The reconstruction of the existing school building and its addition will be carried out with the arrangement of the school yard and the scope of: - demolition of the oldest part of the school building, on parc. no. 262/3, k.o. Artich, - new construction of the school building, on parc. no. 262/3, registered office Artich, - reconstruction of the existing school building, on parc. no. 262/3, registered office Artich, - supply and installation of equipment. Building permit no. was obtained for the object in question. 351-548/2018/17, issued by UE Brežice, on 5 March 2019. The new construction of the Artiče elementary school kindergarten has already been completed and the use permit no. 351-109/2022-6202-2, issued by UE Brežice on 24/02/2022. In accordance with the Regulation on the classification of facilities according to Difficulty of construction (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 96/22) the building is one of the demanding buildings. The public procurement consists of three (3) separate lots namely; Lot 1: Implementation of construction crafts and installation works of Artiče Primary School. Lot 2: Supply and assembly of the elementary school kitchen Artich. Lot 3: Supply and installation of school equipment Artiče Elementary School. The bidder submits an offer for one, two or three lots. The area under consideration is located at the location of the existing Artiče Elementary School (and RINGA RAJA Kindergarten), at the address Artiče 39, 8253 Artiče. The investor plans the implementation investments, reconstruction and extension of Artiče Primary School.
