2. The subject of the order is the execution of construction and assembly works consisting in the reconstruction and expansion of the farm building, the amphitheater building along with the construction of an auditorium roof and the development of the area in the eastern part of the historic park included in the designate the manor and park complex of the Jan Kochanowski Museum in Czarnolesie.3. The scope of work includes: a) reconstruction and expansion of the amphitheater stage building with a back area, b) construction of a new auditorium with a roof in place of the existing one, c) reconstruction and expansion existing farm building with a social part, d) construction of a new garbage shed and demolition of the existing one, e) construction of 2 sheds for gardening equipment, f) construction of an internal road with an exit from the public road, g) reconstruction of the parking lot for employees and coaches/cars trucks, h) reconstruction of the fence in the area of ​​the Brama project, i) reconstruction of sidewalks and park paths, j) reconstruction of internal technical installations in the park, k) delivery and assembly of the first equipment.
