1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction and expansion of a rural, multi-functional building along with changing the use of part of the building to a residential, multi-family function. Existing detached building, partially basement, two above-ground floors, covered with a hipped roof with a slope angle of 31.1.1. The subject of the investment includes: - demolition of the existing fuel warehouse, - construction of a new division of the building into separate residential premises and a premises intended for the operation of a country house, - construction of separating walls, - construction of new stairs in the staircase, - construction of new internal installations, - replacement and assembly of windows and doors, - finishing works of the building, - painting of the roof covering, - replacement of gutters and downspouts, - construction of new external stairs, - construction of a ramp for the disabled, - thermal modernization of the building, - construction of the internal road system with separation of parking spaces, - construction of a grass pitch.1.2.
