I. The scope of construction concerns: 1. Reconstruction and expansion of the Primary School building in Kosakowo together with land development and accompanying infrastructure based on the Design Documentation, OPZ and other guidelines and tender documents attached to the SWZ. The Design Documentation consists of studies prepared by AMS Maciej Sywula and his Design Team. The Design Documentation constitutes an annex to the SWZ and tender documentation. 2.Construction of a new wing (4 floors: basement, ground floor, floor 1, floor 2) with a connection to the existing school. 3. Reconstruction and construction of a new parking lot in accordance with the attached design documentation for the expansion and reconstruction of the Kosakowo Primary School. 4. Reconstruction and expansion of the storm sewage system along with the construction of reservoirs retention ponds and a storm sewage pumping station. As part of the task, an AC connection should also be made to the existing AC network in ul. Żeromski. The scope of connection of the storm sewage network with the mains network in ul. Żeromskiego, is defined by the design study constituting an annex to the SWZ in question. 5. Construction of an external lighting installation. 6. Equipping the rooms of the new school building, including metal lockers for clothes, school desks, chairs for students, desks with an extra bed and armchairs for teachers, interactive whiteboards and projectors in classrooms and equipment in every classroom back room.
