The subject of the order is: Reconstruction and expansion of the pond - water reservoir in the town of Ukowo in accordance with the project documentation under the name: Reconstruction and expansion of the pond - water reservoir in the town of Ukowo, and the bill of quantities constituting the annexes to of this SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party requires the contractor to deliver 50% of the excavated soil to a municipal plot within a distance of 10 km from the place of performance of the works. 3. Due to the fact that some of the adjacent plots do not belong to the Ordering Party, to perform the task it is required to have long type backhoe excavator with an arm length of 18 m
