The subject of the design and build contract is the implementation of the investment entitled: Reconstruction of the extension of DP No. 1824B on the Wsosz - Modzele section. The task includes preparing design documentation, obtaining the necessary agreements and decisions, and implementation construction works related to the reconstruction and expansion of district road No. 1824B on the section from the border of the built-up area of ​​the town of Wsosz, towards the town of Modzele, to the point of connection with the section rebuilt in 2023. The project will be carried out on a section in km 0+1653+754, with a length of 3, 589 m within the town of Wsosz and Empice, commune. Wsosz, Grajewski poviat. In detail, the scope of the subject of the order and the conditions of implementation are specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - model contract and Annex No. 9 to the SWZ - functional and utility program (FFU).
