A. The subject of the contract is the reconstruction and construction of Marii Street in Kdzierzyn-Kol, based on design documentation prepared by motoRD Piotr Respondek, ul. Mickiewicza 11/6, 42-600 Tarnowskie Gry. B. The scope of works includes the reconstruction and construction of Marii w Kdzierzynie Kolu with a total length of 403.7 m, in particular: 1) preparatory works, 2) execution of demolition works, 3) execution of earthworks, 4) construction of a riverbed with soil profiling, 5) construction layers, 6) reconstruction and construction road surface, 7) construction of street inlets with connections to the existing rainwater drainage system, 8) reconstruction and protection of the telecommunications network, 9) reconstruction and protection of the power network, 10) reconstruction and construction of street lighting, 11) construction of a technological canal, 12) height adjustment of side road inlets, exits and entrances to the property, 13) vertical adjustment of technical infrastructure devices, 14) restoration of grasslands and planting trees, 15) maintenance and care of greenery in the period of 3 years after acceptance of basic works.
