The subject of the order is the acquisition of PD and building permit for the completion of the fire station in Hostovice, including the rights of surrounding roads and barrier-free access to the site. The subject of the project is the reconstruction and renovation of the building of the fire station of the armory at 100, which is completely inadequate as from the point of view of capacity, as well as from the point of view of functional inferiority, the Hostovice fire department unit is assigned to category JPO 3 and does not have adequate technical or operational conditions for the performance of its activities. As part of the construction, there should be construction of more space, including insulated, different space for local firefighting equipment, construction of missing utilities (water supply, sewerage, gas), construction necessary social and operational ground. According to the project, it includes the implementation of subsequent technical infrastructure (maintenance of roads, sidewalks, parking area, public lighting) and one related construction object (urban housing, area for handling and collection of waste).
