1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the adaptation of existing gymnasium rooms for the needs of a kindergarten intended for a maximum of 25 children. The purpose of order fulfillment is to adapt the layout functional and spatial for the new use, ensuring appropriate equipment and hygienic and sanitary conditions, meeting the requirements regarding operational safety, accessibility and fire protection, and performing the necessary construction works in scope of internal partitions, installation and finishing.
