Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of a design and build task, including the preparation of complete design documentation regarding the reconstruction and change of use of the arcades of the southern wing of the former Jesuit College, entered into the register of monuments kept by the provincial conservator of monuments. 2. The scope of the order includes in particular the preparation of design documentation along with obtaining a construction permit for and on behalf of the Ordering Party along with all other required arrangements, opinions, decisions and permits for the implementation of the investment (including the provincial conservator of monuments) and reconstruction and changes in the method of use of the arcades of the southern wing.3. The order is carried out as part of the Our project heritage from the Jesuits to St. Joseph, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the European Funds for Greater Poland 2021-2027 Program. 4. The detailed scope of the order is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (Functional and Utility Program Task No. 3), and Annex No. 8 to the SWZ (Important provisions of the contract).
