The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the administration building and the construction of a warehouse and garage building along with the development of the area for the needs of the Woomin Road District.2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order can be found in the Tender Documentation (Part III SWZ).3. If the description of the subject of the order indicates trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the product or services provided by a specific contractor, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions.4. IN If the description of the subject of the order refers to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described. 5. The contractor throughout the entire implementation period contract with MZDW in Warsaw is obliged to have current civil liability insurance (OC) for the provision of services entrusted under the contract with MZDW in Warsaw for a guarantee sum of at least PLN 1, 000, 000.00. 5.1.
