1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the access road to agricultural land on plot no. 52 in Borwno2. This order is co-financed with funds from the budget of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship as part of the Agricultural Roads Protection Fund.3. Subject of investment is located in the Czarny Br commune on plot no. 52 in the Borwno district. The investment location area is surrounded by developed areas: residential buildings and agricultural areas. 4. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting of: 1) reconstruction of an internal municipal road with a length of 560.00 m (from km 0+300 to km 0+860)2) renovation of an internal municipal road with a length of 300 m (from km 0+000 to km 0+300)5. the total length of the road section is 860 m. The designed road will have a 3.0 m wide roadway and AC11S 50/70 asphalt concrete surface, partially limited by a concrete curb. The planned state does not assume any changes to the current development of the area, which is currently a road with an asphalt and aggregate surface.
