The subject of the procurement is the modernization of the existing public lighting in the area of the Municipality of Raša in accordance with the main electrotechnical project, Main project - Electrical project, modernization of public lighting in the area of the Municipality of Raša, project code: ZP-005/2023, and the cost estimate.
Description of the existing situation
Public rasin the area of Raša Municipality can be classified as road lighting. Park lighting is represented to a minimal extent and refers to the lighting of park walkways. All other lamps function as road lighting. On the territory of the municipality, the lamps are placed on the poles of the existing flagpolepon nets, which are made of metal, concrete or wood, mostly arranged on every other post. The average distance between the poles is about 35 m, and in the parts where the lamps are on every other pole, the distance is about 70 or 80 m. The lamps are mounted at a height of 7.5 m.on concrete and wooden pillars. Lamps are mounted on metal poles at heights of 4-10 meters.
The existing lighting fixtures are of conventional design, characteristic of the time of construction, but do not meet today's criteria.
The existing system consists of 699 lamps, and after modernthe system will consist of 885 lamps (due to the addition of lighting points in order to meet the minimum technical conditions.
On the basis of the established existing condition, the following can be concluded:
