This consultation concerns work to reconstitute the bocage on the territory of Lamballe Terre & Mer. The services are divided into 6 lots designated below. The framework agreement with maximum is concluded in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. Each framework agreement will be allocated to a single economic operator. The framework agreement is concluded from October 1, 2026 until September 30, 2027. The deadlines for execution or delivery of services are set for each purchase order in accordance with the stipulations of the documents of the framework agreement. The framework agreement can be tacitly renewed twice a year. Maximum execution time of the contract, all periods combined, will not exceed the date of September 30, 2029.
